We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and transparent manner.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders with international shipping addresses will not be processed.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order ships, estimated delivery time is:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal demand.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once items are in transit.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website and at checkout. Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping within the United States only.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order using our Track Your Order page.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@besantoro.com. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors and household members.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- Then contact us at info@besantoro.com.
We will assist where possible, but we are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
8. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review your case and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
